Nice, Reliable, Quality LED Wrap
When I bought this, I had no delusions that one could or should walk around while wearing this. I just wanted a versatile red/IR wrap, that I could use anywhere on my body. This device works and seems to be well-built. I’ve owned it for 9 months. I sometimes wrap it tightly, for instance around my wrist, and sometimes use it flat. This is everything I hoped it would be.
I cannot quantify pain relief. I vigorously exercise, and I have some mechanical deformities. The better I feel, the harder I push myself. I also exercise therapeutically, with the goal of strengthening my most vulnerable parts. And, I take nicotinamide riboside. So, there’s no way I can tell whether or how much the lights help. What I do know is that I feel the light energy penetrate my flesh, and I’ve been able to greatly strengthen the weakest links in my body.
It SEEMS, though, that red/IR light (this product) and/or nicotinamide riboside (both are methods to possibly increase ATP production) do help my weak links, and relieve muscle stiffness, and accelerate recovery from hard training. I think the two are empowering me to more fully get past the limitations that come from my deformities and relatively old age.
need to use it 25 to 30 times to get pain relief. research backs it up. stick with it for now.

Red light therapy works
have been using light therapy for about a year now. I had a flex pad by a different manufacture. It was smaller in size with almost half the number of LEDs. It did help with my lower back pain which is what I mostly used it for. I gave it to my daughter in law to use with the intent on buying a new one for myself. I decided to look what else was similar on the market, and found this one, and decided I would give it a try. It works as well as the other the one I was utilizing before, but covers more area. I am curious about one difference between the two similar devices. Both devices use red light, and infrared light, however my previous device put out more heat when using it than this device. Does this make a difference in how it works for treating the pain? Not really, after using it my back pain is relieved, but I do like the heat from the other device. For me I find the heat comforting. The one problem I have with this device is the power cord set up. It is comprised of 3 separate cords to make it run. The cord from pad to timer, cord from timer to AC unit, and cord from AC to wall socket. It makes it a little cumbersome, and that is why I gave it a lower rating for traveling. I would recommend this device too help with lower back pain.
I like it’s easy to use but didn’t get warm like the other one that I have.
Relieves aches and pains in lower back. So far so good! for minor pain. Soothing warmth as well.
This light really works for healing. My husband hurt his back and the pain was getting in the way of life. The red light penetrates into the muscle and the infrared light goes even deeper. It gives off a little heat by not much. I recommend this product to help with both pain relief and healing too. His back pain was greatly diminished the first day.
Do they job and easy to use
Use on my girl friend who has a very bad bone disease and it does help relieve her severe pain.

A friend let me borrow this to try out. I quickly ordered my own, as I have heard a lot about the benefits of LED red light therapy. I’ve had knee surgery, neck fusion, and hip issues and I think it really helps with the pain. Easy to use- it has a Velcro wrap or can just lay it over the site. I love the light can be set to steady mode or blinking for less intensity. It doesn’t get hot, just a little warm. I was a little concerned about the metal in my knee and neck, but I use the blinking mode, and my research showed that it was okay to use with metal implants. I’ve used it for a couple of months and so far, so good!

It works very well. Close your eyes and it works on your face, on your back, on your abdomen, on your knee, on your hands, on your feet, anywhere you have pain and inflammation.
I know the price of this product seems high.
But, I can tell you that it is worth every penny. I recently experienced low back and nerve impingement pain down my left leg. I have been religious about using this pad 3x a day and it helps with pain, inflammation and tight muscles. Easy to use and can be wrapped around your body and you can move with it on. Unfortunately, it still needs to be plugged into the wall but the cord is plenty long for me to do my hair and makeup in the morning while wearing it. I don’t think I ever want to live without this pad. It’s incredible.
Very effective product
Can feel how this heat penetrates beneath the surface providing noticeable relief for joint issues, muscle and nerve pain. Pleasant level of heat that can’t get uncomfortably hot. The cord is exceptionally long which allows easy placement on either sides of bed or sofa. On/off switch seems too far away from the device, longer than arm length, but inconvenience worth it to have this product. Wish this product was also in a shoulder wrap variety because that is hard to accomplish without laying on it and having one side supported by pillow. It can wrap around knee but not really made for that area. Large heated/light area and velco band can accommodate going around a larger torso size. Velcro secures nicely but doesn’t take someone else’s help to get it off like some do. Been recommending this product to others with chronic and acute pain.
It seem to help my aching arm and shoulder and knee.
The only downfall is you have to wait 20 minutes in between using it So lights don’t get too hot I guess
