Love, it relieves my pain.
I love this! I love how light weight it is, and when I drape a small blanket over it it feels soooo toasty warm… my feet stay warm throughout the day. it also grateful for the hip pain relief. Prepare it for the winter. Do yourself a favor!
These infrared are way better than any velour pad I’ve ever tried, the heat up faster and get way hotter. I’m not sure how they work because it says they use infrared, i know infrared is a type of light wave but i dont know how it would be used to heat the pad. These types of pads also seem to always come with one side with stones, the stones take a while to warm up but will hold the heat after a while of being turned off. This pad is pretty large and can cover my entire back.
The remote is pretty easy to use since it just controls the on timer and heat, the screen will tell you the current heat and remaining time. I also really like that the power chord ends in a regular sized connector instead of those annoying bricks that block other outlets. The chord is pretty long it measures around 10ft.
Overall the heating pad is pretty well made and has a pretty nice remote compared to others i’ve used, i included pictures of the manual because it has really useful Q&As and info on how the pad works.
Not for everyone!
You can not use this if you have an implant. I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I checked with my Dr. but he said to keep it away from the battery. That is not possible for what my needs are. I had to send itback. I am very disappointed by this.

After reviewing other’s reviews, I didn’t expect this heat pad to do more than warm, but each time I used it, the arthritis pain slowly subsided to a much lower level. I even tried sleeping on it, waking with more elastic mobility. It appears this really works on arthritis pain and stiffness.

This is a great product and the seller gave great instructions on use.
When I had a question I emailed the seller and they responded back quickly. I bought a different product before this one but returned it because it was not easy to use. This also helped relieve a lot of pain from muscle twitching and cramps. I use it almost every night.

A good heating pad
I was Looking for a heating pad that would get hot enough. I like really hot and the last one I got from the store didn’t have enough heat. I decided to try this one and it gets extremely hot, sometimes too hot so I need to turn it down. It is also much larger than the heating pad I get from the pharmacy.
