I use a lot of red light therapy products, and this one is specifically for the hands. It is easy to setup and use. There is only one glove. Plug it in, insert your hand and power it on. Enjoy the heat sensation, and the therapeutic effect of redlight therapy. Try to not look at the red lights, while in operation, or wear protective eye gear.
Easy to use and adjust
Thankfully my hands are always cold, so this doesn’t make my hands too hot. It might get hot for others. You can extend your fingers out of the end if it gets too hot, or adjust the brightness to a lower level. My wrist also needs this at times because I have a bad left wrist. It really helps to calm the joints and take the pain away. I like using this to help with inflammation in my hands whenever my joints start hurting. So far so good and it feels relaxing. Functions are easy to use and adjust.

My 89 year old father uses this daily for arthritis relief. He is generally skeptical of things such as this but I showed him the science behind light therapy, along with trying it myself on my calf muscles. About a month prior, after Covid quarantine times I finally got to go back to the gym. On the last day of the first week I got a little too excited and tried to do ridiculous lunges on a vibrating power plate machine. Ended up straining my calf. Next day I was gimping around like a git. (Monty Python/ English term). Jaysus it hurt. But us welsh know about pain, we relish it. Anyway ended up developing into a DVT clot from my calf up to my groin in the femoral vein. Got on a fancy blood thinner and within a week was much better as far as the clotting was concerned. But the inflammation as a result of it was no joke. Within several days of using the leg wrap system regularly it really seemed to accelerate the healing process. I am about 90% at this point. And considering that the initial cardiologist I worked with told me I was going to have to learn to live with two fully occluded clots in my leg, and didn’t recommend the traditional surgery, I would say this alternative treatment was an important part of my healing process. I ended up seeing the most experienced cardiologist in the area for a second opinion two weeks later after receiving that diagnosis. A month later I have only a tiny amount of the clots left, both are 90 percent open and flowing with minimal affect to my mobility. But as a result of this situation, my discovery of this technology has really changed the quality of life for my 89 year old father. Albiet he is strong at 89, his hands have been his weakest link. Since starting on self treatment he is able to use them much more than before. Pain is significantly reduced.

I purchased this for my husbands osteoarthritis in his fingers and so far it is working great. Using it twice a day has been the most beneficial. Does give off a “hot” odor, but it quits after a couple of uses.

Pain relief at last!
I was searching for something to ease my joint pain from rheumatoid arthritis. After reading the reviews, I chose red light therapy. For two weeks, I have used it each morning and evening. It is easy to set up and automatically shuts off. The pain in my hands have eased, AND it gives me an excuse to sit for 20 minutes twice a day undisturbed. THAT alone deserves 5 stars!

When I received this item it did not work. Rather than return to Amazon, I contacted the DGYAO Support Team. They responded promptly and worked with me to determine and resolve the problem (which took a couple shipments of parts from them). They were very professional and gracious.
As for the product itself, I have only used it a few times. It is simple to use and thus far appears to be a unique and credible product.
Love this device
I find this easy to use and very helpful when I use it twice a day for neuropathy pain due to chemotherapy. The directions for use were a bit obscure so I looked online for those. I do 20 minutes in the morning and again in the evening!
Definitely Helps Reduce Arthritis Pain
I suffer from several different forms of arthritis throughout my body, but the swelling and pain in my wrists and hands are the most frustrating of all. Having worked at a computer for the 40+ years, I have the added annoyance of carpal tunnel. Your red light therapy device has given me the only real lasting comfort I’ve had from the many, many things I’ve tried. The only problem I have is on my right hand; I had surgery on that wrist which made its contours a little bit irregular. Thus the device is slightly uncomfortable to use on that hand … not impossible, just somewhat tighter on that side. Overall, I am loving this device. My hands feel soothed and the pain is noticeably less than before.
Younger skin and long strong nails
These mittens are AMAZING!!!!! After about 2 months of use my skin improved dramatically! Now I have 20 years younger looking hands, skin becoming so tight and soft and I almost stopped using hand cream because my hands are not dry anymore. And my nail! Omg! I have never had nails like that naturally, no extensions, just mine real nail, they are so strong and long now. I just can’t bear of all of these dramatic improvements! Thank you for that wonderful product!
Red light therapy is excellent for arthritic pain.
This is the 4th different red light appliance I have purchased. I have the body area covered, except for shoulders. When I have an ache, I use the red light rather than popping pain killers. I certainly am impressed with the results. For the shoulders, I am using the hand wand, but would welcome a specific appliance for that. I am enjoying the hand product twice daily, and can attest to the relief of arthritic pain. I certainly recommend red light therapy for anyone, especially if you have arthritic pain.

I have arthritis in my thumb joint. I was pleasantly surprised to see the pain diminish after a couple of treatments and it has gotten better since. I use it twice a day generally but once may be enough, don’t know. My only complaint is that it is uncomfortable on my hand because the LED bulbs stick up. They have a newer more expensive model that fixes this with surface mount LED’s.

Pretty lights, no relief
My wife has moderate arthritis in her hands (i that cause her pain and some bent fingers) but she is active and uses her hands a lot. She tried the device for a few weeks, and got no relief.
When all other treatments failed me!
I am an RN and have been dealing with severe eczema on both my hands leaving me with very painful and ugly splits on my fingers. I tried steroid creams, special lotions and other concoctions with zero relief. The only thing I found that had worked was the Excimer laser which was extremely expensive. As a last resort I ordered this red light therapy glove and after a couple months of nightly treatments my hands have completely cleared up! I no longer have to deal with the pain or embarrassment of how my hands look. Worth every damn cent!!!!

I was not sure how to rate this because I was using several methods to treat my trigger fingers/hand injury including anti inflammatory drugs/cream, exercise and stretching, and this. But when I didn’t do it for several days I really noticed the difference. So I would give it a positive response and say I would buy it again

After a day of working in the yard and garden, the hands get tired and achy. An hour IR therapy with this really makes a huge difference. For me, it is just big enough to squeeze both my hands in.

This device is quite easy to use and has helped my hands tremendously. I find the combination of infrared heat and red laser reduces inflammation and swelling in my finger and thumb joints. I love to knit and have not been able to do that during the whole Covid quarantine…. that’s been very disappointing. I now feel able to try light knitting again and think, with moderation, I’ll be able to resume my favorite craft. My only negative critique is that I wish there was a way to get more coverage the sides of my wrists, those areas still give me discomfort. I use this unit 2-3 times per day and plan to continue doing that until one of us wears out!

I haven’t had a chance yet to use this as regularly as recommended (twice a day), but even the little I have used it has helped. My left hand is not as stiff and tight and a finger on my right hand now goes straight. I think with consistent use it will alleviate the pain in thumb joints. However, I’m going to take it to my 100-year-old father who has terrible arthritis pain and swelling in his hands. I’ll post again once he’s used it long enough to know the results. That will be a worst case test.
